This is 154 room 5 star resort located on the oceanfront. This resort is a full service resort with amenities like large ballrooms, pre-function rooms located on the first level and the roof level. 

GACI installed the Daikin variable refrigerant flow systems for conditioning the entire building and Daikin make up air units for the fresh air supply to the building. We also installed a building automation system with web access to all of the HVAC building equipment.
